I’m the digital editor for news at Vermont Public Radio. I joined VPR in 2013 as a digital producer and founding member of the station’s digital news team.
My work occasionally airs on NPR. I’ve also contributed to This American Life, Here and Now, Marketplace, The New York Times, The Atlantic, Grist, North Country Public Radio, The Rumpus and Middlebury Magazine, among others. My reporting efforts have been supported by a 2010 Compton Mentor Fellowship and a 2011 Middlebury Fellowship in Environmental Journalism.
My reporting has earned a Regional Edward R. Murrow award (2015) and a New Hampshire Press Association Best Media award (2012).
I’m a graduate of Middlebury College, where I studied literature and geography, and a Master of Arts candidate at the Middlebury Bread Loaf School of English.
