I talked to Marketplace Weekend’s Lizzy O’Leary about Slow Money, a nationwide effort dedicated to connecting food producers with investors right in their community, and making investing accessible to the everywoman. How will they do that? With Beetcoin. This interview came out of a story about Slow Money’s launch in Vermont that I first reported for Vermont Public Radio, and a follow-up interview that VPR’s Mitch Wertlieb did with Slow Money founder Woody Tasch.
